Quick recipe

I’ve only started to cook properly since January this year.  I could bung ready meals and a few  oven chips in but that was about my limit.

I now cook everyday apart from Sunday.

I thought I would give you my recipes and you could try.
Sausage and apple rolls

Sausage meat
6/7 apples
Knob of butter
Table spoon of apple sauce
Puff pastry.
1 egg

Take your pastry out of fridge and let it sit for ten minutes.

Peel and cube apples.  They have to be cut quite small.

Melt butter in a frying pan and add the apples cook on a medium heat for ten minutes.

Place Sausage meat in a big bowl. Add apples and apple sauce. And knead until well mixed.

Roll out pastry.

Start from obe side of pastry and maje I line of Sausage meat an inch from the edge.

Before rolling brush a beaten egg down borh sides of Sausage meat.
Then roll.

Cut into Sausage rolls score the top of the pastry.
Bake at 220 for twenty minutes.
