This is a super cheap recipe. It goes well with pork chops or my spare ribs recipe, its good for bbqs, picnic and party food. This recipe is the basic recipe. You can add all sorts to use up food.
190g brown rice
One red onion
One stick of celery
Four tablespoon of dried cranberries
125 ml balsamic vinegar salad dressing
One tablespoon of sugar.
Cook brown rice as per instructions on the packet. When cooked transfer to serving bowl.
Stir in onion, celery, cranberries, dressing and sugar. Cover and put in the fridge and serve cold.
