really simple
1kg Strong bread flour – aldi
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dried action yeast
1 pint on hand hot water
Leave in bowl covered with tea towel for an hour
knead then divide into two,
sladh tops and cover with flour
leave covered for 30 minutes
bake at 220oc for 30 minutes
You can make buns/rolls just the same but bake for 20 minutes
to check they are ready tap the bottoms to see if they sound hollow.
