125g unsalted butter

100g good quality dark chocolate

2 medium eggs plus a yolk

50g golden caster sugar

2 tablespoons on sifted plain flour

 

lightly grease 4 ramekins

melt chocolate and butter

whisk eggs, yolk caster sugar over a hot pan of water using electric whisk until mousse like, this will take around five minutes

pour chocolate mixture in to egg mixture and add the flour.

carefully fold everything together

divide the mixture bake at 180c for twelve minutes and no longer,
