Morning all.
This week has been a bit of a roller coaster. Mainly good but a bad day. Why…..I have no idea. Irritability took over and anxiety reared it’s ugly head again.
That’s where the care plan and mood diaries take effect. Every time I get a new care plan I always think there a waste of time. They always state the obvious like eat properly, get enough sleep, go for a walk and so on. But when you are having bad days or weeks the normal things like eating and sleeping seem to be forgotten. So I did everything on my care plan and went to bad early hoping that it just a bad day.
Now I’m back on form. I’m lucky that I have a supportive parents, fantastic husband, the sweetest little boy and pain in the arse beagle.
Just remember if you are having a bad day just to take time to look after yourself and do something you enjoy.
