Loving Life

As many of you know Bipolar is an unpredictable condition. You can’t rely on medication alone. I suppose we have to learn the hard way to see what works and what doesn’t.

For me its family, friends, love, crafts and meds of course.

I’ve really thrown myself into crafting over the last couple of years and I do believe it helps me greatly. So when I started my first City & Guilds last year I found it very relaxing and learning so many great techniques along the way.

So mix that with a very supportive husband, a great family and the haberdashery (great for supplies) I’ve now started my journey with textile art.

Grabbing inspiration from a garden centre…..

and I’ve even started my next piece… (still loads to do)

It’s really enjoyable, relaxing, inspiring and probably the best therapy I’ve had. I’m still a quilter though and I will never stop but it’s nice to take some time out to learn new techniques.
